I had my Port implanted today. I was awake during the procedure, but with the drugs they gave me, I didn't give a damn what they did to me. I felt nothing except the first couple of sticks for the lidocaine. It took about 30 minutes. I see my Oncologist tomorrow to find out when my first chemo treatment starts. I just thought I'd keep y'all updated.
