"tax cut question"


          

if the senate and congress agree on the tax cut when will it take affect? Also who will it affect? Did some search but wan't able to find this info,

That depends on the wording of the final version as well as if and when the President signs it into law.

I figured you'd ask about the new math of a 75b spending increase is an excuse for them to not cut 350b of our money.
