I had that same behavior two or three times with ZA. Every time it happened to me was immediately after using GoBack to revert my hard drive to a prior point in time. ZA doesn't screw up every time I go back in time, but I did notice that the 2 or 3 times it screwed up were just after i had used Goback.

There are three options:-

1) The iamdb.rdb file may be corrupt. Delete it from the Windows\Internet Logs folder and reboot. ZA will recreate the file with the default settings. Also delete the file with the extension .ldb (in the same folder as previously mentioned); or

2) You may find that shutting down ZA before shutting the computer will do the trick; or

3) Kerio

#3 would, IMO, be the best option but you'll probably find that #1 will remedy the issue

EDIT: Be sure to exit ZA before carrying out #1
