I think the message appears when using https://www...(secure) instead of http://www...(insecure) So it does look like the security certificate is out of date and needs renewing.
BTW, Whois states that the domain doesn't expire until 2023-09-22. "Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2023-09-22T13:45:37Z"
