Yes all should put in the patches for that.

MS even released patches for older OS for this, going back to XP.

Nice to see support for older versions. Now, if we can just get IT managers and related professionals (not to mention home users) to stay on top of patching and upgrade requirements ..... but I ask too much, sorry. ;)
