"Is MSGTAG kaput?"

I just wondered if anyone can shed any light on MSGTAG.
I have been using MSGTAG since 2005 and for 3 days now all emails sent have produced a MSGTAG error message and not been tagged. The emails though still seem to be being sent. TIA

I'd never heard of it, I had to Google it. It looks like their website, msgtag.com is down. I don't know if this is temporary or permanent.

Behind every good computer... is a jumble of wires 'n stuff.

Yeah, it's not looking good. It's never been down for so long and I'm not getting any reply from support.
FYI: It notified you when the email recipient had opened the email.
