"yahoo mail"

I have a desktop computer using Windows 10 and also an ipad, but the yahoo mail on the desktop does not display all the yahoo mail showing on the ipad. I am using the same log in and passwords for both devices so please can you tell me why this is happening and how I can correct it? Many thanks.

How are you accessing Yahoo mail from the desktop computer? Webmail, or an email client like Outlook, Windows 10 Mail app, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird? If you are using a client, is it set to use POP or IMAP?

Behind every good computer... is a jumble of wires 'n stuff.

And on the iPad are you using the Apple Mail app, the Yahoo app or accessing Yahoo webmail with a browser like you do on the computer?

Since you are using Yahoo webmail on the computer and the Yahoo app on your phone, you should be seeing the same folders and messages. I suggest trying a different browser on the computer, like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. I trust that the Yahoo app on your phone is showing accurate data since it is a Yahoo product. The Yahoo webpage may not work correctly with Edge because Yahoo may not want to comply with Microsoft's view of how a webpage should be written.

Please let us know the results of using a different browser.
