"bookmarking"

W10. Want to switch from IE11 to Chrome, but I need bookmarking help. Been using Powermarks, which I know is outdated, but works, but not with Chrome.

I have over 400 site bookmarked, so I need more than just a favorites bar at the top of the screen. Is Xmarks the answer?

Can you transfer your bookmarks to IE and do an import into Chrome and choose another bookmark manager that works in Chrome? (How do I transfer my favorites from IE to Chrome?
To import bookmarks from most browsers, like Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari:

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Select Bookmarks Import Bookmarks and Settings.
Select the program that contains the bookmarks you'd like to import.
Click Import.
Click Done.) I don't use Chrome so I'm just guessing.
