Like JB, I had to Google it. It looks like it might be a good email client, but I haven't been able to get any idea of how widely it's used. Since Microsoft ended support for Windows Live Mail and the Mail app in Windows 10 is very minimalist, Mailbird might be a good choice. Personally I use Thunderbird.

Really liked Outlook Express in the days of Windows XP. I know it was limited, but it did all I needed. Settled on Thunderbird with W7, and stayed with it with W10, and see no reason to change.
