"Router reset"
Fri Jun-30-17 12:16 AM by Stevehiker

This is the 2nd night in a row that I've had to reset my router in order to get my internet connection back. I also had to do it a week and a half ago. Usually it goes for quite a few months before I have to reset it. The router is a Netgear N750 model wndr4300. Modem is an Arris Surfboard model sb6121. I have two wired connections coming out of the router to 2 desktop computers that can't connect to wifi. Phone, tablet, and laptop do connect to wifi. I have two wifi networks, One is what I use and there is a guest network for three others in the house. The router is way out of warranty, it was purchased Jan. 2015, so 2 1/2 years old. Time for a new one?

Steve

Déjà vu all over again. I already replied when you first posted about this problem -http://www.pcqanda.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=2&topic_id=563888&mesg_id=563888&page= so I won't repeat myself now.

By the way, how's your new convection oven? I replied to that topic too but never heard back from you.

Jim.

This topic has been beaten to death needlessly. Buy a new router, if it solves your problem keep it, if it does not return it for a refund.
