1st thanks for the help yesterday to whom ever read my post about moving my HD from my PIII machine to my new Athlon XP system. I did have to reformat my drive and I decide it would be better anyhow to do a fresh install. But now....a few more questions..

1 - I seem to be freezing up....Maybe I have to update the video and monitor drivers. I did that this morning so when I go home I will see if my screen saver stuck. It wouldnt even let me CTR/ALT/DEL! It crashed on other time but I think maybe because I havent installed the tv tuner card drivers...any thoughts...or similar problems?

2 - I use to be able to resize images right wihtin the XP file folder. It would recreate the image and call it small or whatever size I made it. It was really convient for when I wanted to make an image smaller and email it but now...I dont seem to have that option....anyone on that??

3 - The drive I used to back up my data is a drive I want to now use as backup. I want to reformat it but is it safe to do that in wondows? Is the windows reformat different than the fdisk type? I used NTFS for my original drive....should I do the same or go fat32.

4 - why is my 2nd hard drive called F: and listed after my CD drives? Can I rename it...is this possible beucase that was the name prior?

If you can help at all...thank you..I know its alot of questions!

SOmeone....anyone...

My PC freezes after the screen saver is on for a while with XP. I just reinstalled XP on my AMD XP1600....any reason, it wont let me CTR DEL ALT! I also have the correct monitor drivers and video card drivers....

HELP PLS! I JUST REINSTALLED....should I do it again?

Why are you running a screen saver?
