Looks like it can't do anything that you can't already do with Windows XP (system restore, checkdisk, scandisk, defrag, etc.)...waste of bandwidth to even have the site up

Don't know anything about the utility, but its interesting that they quote a review in Windows Magazine, which has not been published in over two years.

If it lived up to their claims, the company should be a success akin to Microsoft, if they are, I must have missed the report.

Bloody weird. I clicked the IP link again (I tried it before and it was fine!) and the page started to load, then it redirected to some other weird assed site that shrunk the browser window but didn't actually load.

So I think what's going on is, these clowns are using some DNS pointer service that updates records for dynamic IP addresses. I've heard of such services.

It's likely just not happening fast enough.

I made a shortcut for the IP, and got this message which I've never seen before (launching the shortcut with IE closed.) I don't know what I've got set that would enable or disable it. Get the porn site with either.

I at least got a laugh out of the quote at the bottom.

I see they left the terms Quality and Reliability out of that statement.

I'm trying to figure out what this means. "WinFix is carefully engineered and crafted using the best available software engineering methods."

And what this means. "To achieve simplicity, high quality and dependable performance, the design: is highly modular; is highly data-driven; and makes extensive use of data-typing (even though WinFix is built with the C programming language)."

I'm sorry but everything in that article sounds like a whole bunch of BS.
