It's time again for the PCQandA fund raiser. Running PCQandA costs a lot of time and money. The moderators and myself donate our time free of charge, but you can help with the latter. All of your contributions go to paying our hosting bills, costs for the forum software, and the other various costs that PCQandA.com incurs.
I go back to work when school starts here in a few weeks on Aug. 5 I will not get paid until two weeks after the start but when I get paid I will send a donation of a few dollars that I can spare. Daylilydayzed

I will be sending a donation after I post this. I have decided to let my subscription to PC World lapse in favor of a donation to PCCQandA, since I receive far more information specific to my needs on this forum than I have from any computer publication.
No one should ever feel bad about not being able to help. Everyone goes through times when money is tight. But it is all the more reason why those that can lend a hand should do so. This is too valuable a resource to lose.
Well, well, well, it seems that whenever I got a computer problem I have the option to pay unearthly amounts at a " We can solve your problem for a small fee site" or come here where it is for free. Uhhh....Hmmmm....DUHHH! I can honestly say that this site (community) has helped me out alot and if a small donation is all it takes to keep it going I AM IN! I love PayPal.
Hiya Jason.. A check is on the way to you, man. This group has been a life saver for me numerous times..and I appreciate those of you who give of your valuable time to help others. One would think that when compared to the potential expense of having the local computer man come out..everyone would GLADLY send a donation :-) It can shock you back to reality in a hurry, you know. Thanks to all the great help & time you good people put into this site! This is from a newbie computer user,that reads "The Computer Forum" & gets alot of great computer information from it. I don't believe in free lunches.......I will mail a check to Jason. Thanks again everyone!
Just sent it on PayPal. What's really great to see is the newer members coming up to help. Also, for those who remember, the orginal WinMag Forum of which Jason was a part, (semi-executive editor, or something), was a funded forum. We're now getting the same, probably better, and just for a small donation.
I just sent mine via Paypal. Without this site, I'd be poor with all the computer repairs I would have PAID someone else to fix. Thanks to all the moderators and Jason!
