FavOrg goes through the "motions" of working but does not find and assign website icons to the respective Favorites. It runs through the Favorites list and appears to be connecting to each website but doesn't "correct" the icon.

I've used and liked FavOrg for quite some time but on this new installation it isn't working at all. It has gone through my Favorites list and, now, most icons are changed to the generic big ie "E" or another nondescript icon.
I've uninstalled then reinstalled FavOrg with no change. Found older version 1.2 with Google. Also, no change. Reinstalled ver 1.4 again.
FavOrg is such a simple program that I would think that any setting or option causing this would be rather apparent. Are there any restrictive security or popup blocker settings, etc. that could be affecting this?
v1.2 is the best version. Uninstall and reinstall v1.2. Then create another Favorites Folder Favorites, preferably on another partition (x:\My Documents\Favorites) then go into XP and change your Favorites to that location. Go into FavOrg and assign that new location.
