"Scanreg /restore date wrong"

Iwas trying to do a scanreg restore function last night when I noticed the date was " 11/29/24". About 3 wks ago, I did reinstall w98 completely. How can I get my correct date back? It's ok in bios and on the desktop

Reinstall or clean install? Why are you doing a reg restore also? Having other problems besides the reg date?

This was a Reinstall, did it 3 wks ago...didnt have any other problems, just happened to decide to check it...then there was this date 11/29/94
