Make sure that if you're installing over-the-top, that not only do you shut it off like Jeff stated, but turn off the True Vector service, by taking the check away from "Load at start-up", then reboot before running the download file.

and just to be safe, back up your c:\windows\internet logs folder before the upgrade.

It doesn't look like the Release History has been updated yet, but it should be soon.

When I clicked on the update info button of the previous edition, I received a short message stating that 3.7.193 improves system stability.

In my experience, I've found that a complete uninstall of the previous version works best. It's actually easier and prevents mixing old True Vector Service files with new.
