"The name for the thing on the back of the case?"


          

Does anyone know the name of that thing on the back of the computer case where the motherboard's ports stick out of? It is that little rectangular piece of metal with punch outs.

The I/O shield I believe. (I/O is Input and Output)

Yeah that's what it's called on the parts sheet for my case - the EMI I/O Shield.
