Some of the Reviews:

Your site was a bit of an eye opener. Do you mind if I bookmark it on mine? I have to share your story with all my mates around the world! I love the way you live life. Most people do too much conforming to society these days, and are...boring. I too, however am young enough to be your daughter, and I also came across this site on bored.com. Thankyou for a laugh! I loved the modelling pics! God bless!

Six billion people on our planet and people are still surprised that we are each and every one of us unique individuals? Thanks Dale, you reaffirm my faith that individuality is best left in the hands of the individual and not the many headed beast of societal convention. You seem to be a great person and from me that is no small praise.

Did you check out his dating resume? (http://www.skirtman.org/dresume.html)

And from that, this:
"What type of work do you do and are you enjoying it?
I'm a systems programmer, and I couldn't imagine what I would have done had I lived before computers. I suppose it's somewhat of a power trip making the machines do what I want. "

I've always wondered about people who spend time on computers.

Wow-wee!!! How cool YOU showed up. I've always been fancinated by gender issues. What makes us tick the way we do and what accounts for why we may feel a little different. I say, whatever blows your hair back, or skirt up (in your case) is absolutely fine. I purused your site and checked out the various links and learned that sexual and gender identity exist on a continuum. One question though, Dale:
I noticed a Bible link in there. Are you a conventional sort of believer? That would seem unlikely sinse the the fundamentalists are so closed minded and judgemental. Anyway, you are a gutsy guy, showing up here. WELCOME, SKIRTMAN!!!

The older I get, and the more I think about things, the easier it is to believe in the existance of a God that had a hand in creating the universe. However, it's difficult for me to believe that an all-powerful God could be petty enough that He would worry about whether his creations worshipped him. So the short answer is "No, I'm not a traditional believer". However, living in the buckle of the bible belt, it's very nice to know the Bible better than those who would use it to condemn me. It's also interesting to hand them my business card reading "Rev. Dale Miller", and see the confusion on their faces. I will admit, I do some of it just for the fun of watching the close-minded try to pigeonhole me, and failing utterly.

Speaking just for myself, I much prefer to see women in skirts (or at least short shorts). I'm a leg man myself.

Good point, this IS a small part of what they died for. Also so Josh can get the glock, so cuzzinz can get the best videocard money can buy, Crunk can get laser eye surgery, Shelly can go on vacation, stupidmop can buy birkenstocks online, and elfolife can keep posting updates on his homemade computer. Yeah, I hate to see a man in a skirt as much as the next guy, but the kind of political system that cleanses society of people with objectionable lifestyles is far worse.

Backward Bob & Noonanjw - Just what the hell are you guys so uptight about, anyway? Haven't you ever heard of live and let live? What do Dale's, or any guys, clothing choices impact on you? Your comments are so hostile and off base that I have to wonder if you are a tad unsure of your own masculinity. Why else would you act so threatened?
Maybe you guys should just slip into a nice, cool silk nightie and CHILL OUT.
P.S. None of us here at the forum will tell anyobod

Uptight? Yes, I'm uptight! Every day I see more and more evidence of the deterioration of our society. Sorry friend, but there is such a thing as mental illness, and while Dale is obviously not hurting anybody but himself, (yet), he should seek professional help. Just look at his attitude.

"It's also interesting to hand them my business card reading 'Rev. Dale Miller', and see the confusion on their faces." and "That's right. Now we can come out and confuse people's minds. Isn't that great?"

Grow up, Dale!

All he wants to do is to get in peoples faces. Sure live and let live, he's not hurting me any. But if he was my neighbor I would definitely be wary of this guy.
And by the way, I don't question my masculinity in the least and I never will until I start viewing people like Dale as O.K.

A few hundred millionaires now own as much wealth as the world's poorest 2.5 billion people.

The GDP of the poorest 48 nations--a quarter of the world's countries--is less than the wealth of the world's three richest people combined.

Nearly a billion people entered the 21st century unable to read a book or sign their names.

The wealthiest nation on Earth has the widest gap between rich and poor of any industrialized nation.

Less than one per cent of what the world spent every year on weapons was needed to put every child into school and yet it didn't happen.

51 percent of the world's 100 hundred wealthiest bodies are owned by corporations.

Approximately 790 million people in the developing world are still chronically undernourished, almost two-thirds of whom reside in Asia and the Pacific.

The richest 50 million people in Europe and North America have the same income as 2.7 billion poor people.

... And you're worried about Dale.

Society's deterioration is a result of ignorant people like you who spend their time sipping tea, gossiping and pointing their fingers at the world with the women at the Ladies Aid Society. You better make an attempt to escape from the chains that bind you to that small, puny little mind of yours instead of trying to elevate your self importance at the expense of others.

Take a look at your own pontifications in post #58 and then tell me who's "trying to elevate your self importance".

Also, take a look at the heading of this thread. I was asked my opinion and I gave it. Or maybe you are the only one entitled to an opinion here.

Relax, darling. Life is too short to chose to be uptight. Wearing a skirt is certainly no indication of moral degeneration! Would you prefer to live, in a Muslim country, where violation of the dress code invites violence? I, for one, thank my lucky stars to live in a free society where the differences keep things interesting! To tell the truth, the more I look at Dale, in his outfits, the more I like the idea. He does have fabulous legs and, as they say, when you've got it, flaunt it!

Never mix, never worry!

I've already given this thread more attention than it deserves but since I'm here I may as well ramble on some more. I'm not implying that anyone should crash through this guys door and teach him a lesson. I just don't buy all of this P.C. anything goes philosophy. Social acceptance of anything and anyone is a huge mistake. Take a look at NAMBLA. Do you think those perverts should be allowed to stalk our children. Sorry, but I think that some things are worth being uptight about. Dale is probably harmless, but for others to stand behind this person and say "Right On, You go girl!" indicates a naive sense of loyalty.

Noonie - Lighten up, already. We are talking about the clothes a person wears. Big, freakin' deal. Remember, in the 60's, when a guy could get KILLED for having long hair? How stupid and degenerate were those rednecks!? They were all bent out of shape because they thought it was a perversion for a man to have hair like a woman. Now it's the rednecks and country singers who still have the long hair- only 30 years behind the times. To compare men in skirts to NAMBLA is insane! Dale seems to be a perfectly nice guy and, because you can't handle the skirt thing, you compare him to those sick, child molesting, perverts? I've got news for you: the guy who killed Polly Klass looked like Mr.Macho, Grizzley Adams. How about the guy on trial for killing Danielle Van Dam? Looks like a regular man. You cannot judge a book by the cover, Noonie. I've never heard or read an account of, for instance, a woman being raped by some guy and saying, "BTW, he was wearing a skirt". It's often the folks you least expect who are the dangerous ones. Remember O.J.? He looked normal and was popular. I'm just saying you ought to think about what you're judging. Of course, you were asked for and gave your opinion. I'm only working on you to change it! If you're not so stiff and orthodox, life can be so much more fun. And who knows, some of the ladies may like to see your legs, too

Believe me, Freespirit. NO ONE wants to see my legs! My whole point here is that somewhere between average Joe (or Josephine) American and the NAMBLA animals, a little alarm should go off in ones head. (Being a father of four, my alarm goes off perhaps a little earlier than some). This is the point where, (do I dare use the word) "normal" behavior ends and sexual deviency begins. I would say Dale is right at the threshold at which my alarm goes off. As I stated earlier, he is probably harmless, but you will never convince me that he doesn't have some deep seated problems and I would be wary of him if he was a neighbor.
I agree though, that normal (there's that word again)appearance is far from being an accurate way to guage a persons intentions.

"I just don't do dale."...and Dale don't do you, do you Dale? Or did Dale ask to do you? Did you Dale? No? So if you don't do Dale and Dale don't do you, do you care who Dale does? I don't think Dale cares who you do, do you Dale..Dale do you? And you don't care who Dale does, do you? So you don't do Dale and Dale don't do you.

But Dave, most of them seem to wear dresses. I don't think this would upset them too much.

Heh, heh,

Hi Dale.

Seldom is an Arkansan seen on this forum.

Welcome to the show.

I live in Clarksville, Ar.

That's 100 miles west from LR on I40.

I agree with what Alex said.

If the truth were known about all our PC911 members, there would be few left without a raised eyebrow.

I think someone mentioned our PC911 cancer research team.

We have been working and building our team since April 2001.

You can check out our latest UD/PC911 results thread here.

Check it out and see what you think.

One computer part-time or 100 at 24/7, we aren't proud.

We need all the help we can get to accelerate a cure for cancer.

Welcome to the forum.

I agree with Alex, although I can not deny that what tpikdave wrote is really funny.
The good thing about this is that now onanism does not seem that bad!

It doesn't really matter one way or the other, the earth still turns and the sun still burns. I must admit I was really shocked at first when I clicked on the link, (not knowing what to expect), but I've gotten pretty mellow in my outlook on life, the world, and most people and things in it as I get older. Like I always say, don't sweat the petty, pet the... well, anyway you all probably know what I mean. My philosophy is pretty much live and let live, especially if it doesn't hurt anyone. Humans are interesting creatures, and bring a definite uniqueness to this pebble we spin through space on. (I must say, my girlfriend keeps me guessing though.)

Besides, I guess I can't knock a guy for wearin' a dress when I have a kilt for throwin' stick & stone as well as some ale back at the Highlan' Games! I'll never forget the immortal words said to me by a fellow Scot, "Give me shite aboot muh kilt, an ahl thump yer noggin' lad"... then he fell over backward because he had a few too many hagus chasers at the beer garden. I think I'll leave the high & tight, sleek and silky stuff to Dale and the ladies though...

Live and let live. I think I'd rather meet Dale than Peter Pan. }>

Well, I've certainly had my giggles today! Must have gotten rather loud, hubby came in to check on me.

I'm glad I could introduce some laughter into your life. My work here is done (or is it?).

I tried to access some of the links on Dale's site and my MS Win 98
SE went and locked up on me. Is there a message here? And don't
tell me it's not Microsoft's fault!

well, you have to hand it to dale. he seems like a intelligent, educated, and level-headed invidual who is comfortable with himself, stands up for his beliefs, enjoys life, and walks around with his head up high. that's something you can't say about the majority of people. more power to him.
