This message appears each time I turn on my computer but it does start up and run okay.

When I try to start in command prompt only it show this message and will not start in command prompt only mode

I'm running win98se

I ran regseeker and my 10yr old machine is much much faster than before I deleted 1200 useless registry entries . . . Thanks for the tip!
