I know absolutely nothing about it, but from a google search, the word "snake oil" popped into my head.

I'm apt to think that way about any "miracle cure", so 99.9% of what you see advertised on TV or in magazines.

And I am not much of one for (medicinal) drugs (or even doctors) either.

Basically don't believe in such stuff (for the most part).


Everything is good for you.
And everything is bad for you.
So no matter what you do, you can't win.
