If you're looking to "upgrade" (cough, cough) from Win7 to Win10, you can still do that (AFAIK) for free.
You can also still download Win10 ISO's - from MS.
You can use their "tool", or if you spoof your (browser's useragent), you can get a direct link to the ISO.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
So depending on your circumstances, you may not need to "buy".
