It looks like this is a Verizon specific revision, but it may work just fine. The only way to know for sure is to try it with Spectrum and be prepared to buy something else if it doesn't work. You could also try asking Spectrum, but they may tell you no just because it seems to be specific to Verizon.

BTW, it appears to be rev I instead of rev 1.
