I damaged a motherboard by overzealously fastening an aftermarket fan/heatsink in place. I got carried away and tightened too much.

I'd like to replace the board with the same, or the same type of board. I'm aware that the kind of board I'm looking for has been long discontinued, and I'm prepared to look on the used market. The damaged board is a Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P-B3. May I assume that barring finding the exact equivalent, I should be looking for a socket 1155, P67, revision B3 board?
