Not necessary, with Start10 to change the menu back to a win.7 type menu and after you transfer your data you will hardly know you are not running Win.7 and have the best of both worlds. 10 is far better than 7. Have been running ESET for years even after it lost favor on the forum. No problems and it is not a resource hog, it just works.
