OS = Windows 10 Pro
Everthing seems to work on my Epson printer.
My problem is my printer reconizes the USB drive inserted into the USB port on the printer but my computer wont see the USB drive.
On my old Epson printer my computer could see the USB drive.

What I have done:
I removed all the Epson programs that were installed.
Using the Epson CD install disk I installed all the Epson drivers and Epson programs.

I then rebooted and all the new Epson updateds were installed.
I still could not see the USB drive.

I have requested help from Epson and as of today I have not got a reply.
