I have a new Dell ins.15 5567 that is literally a month old. I have already had to have dell go in and remotely fix a bunch of issues! When i start my laptop , right after the Dell screen it flashes several times before it starts. I swear it is not as fast as it was a month ago! I got my first PC with a SSD for the speed and it was great out of the box. Any ideas?? Thanks

If Dell can't make it right, have them replace or refund it. You shouldn't have to sweat it. Let us know.

They did remote repair. I have had to reset this pc twice in 3 weeks. Next issue it goes back!
