564890, Catch 22 Posted by Ed, Thu Jan-25-18 10:54 AM
Ok I got the computer back up and running windows 10 by continualy turning of and on computer. The computer ran fine until the Windows cumulative update 01-2018 updated on 24 Jan. The update is already downloaded but not yet installed. I want to delete the update but I cant because it is not yet listed as being installed. If I let it install, then my computer will not boot and I can't do anything. Another problem has arisen the past few days when I was online and reading a newspaper, Microsoft said we have encountered a problem while providing feedback to Microsoftand need to restart your computer we will automatically restart your computer. This is a real pain. Can I shut off the provinding info feedback to microsoft option? Windows 10 doesn't allow the user to correct any problems himself. It assumes every user is a moron. What arrogance.
