At one time I saw a link to reinstall win 10 while keeping all user files. Can someone post this link.
I am working on an HP laptop that must have been hit with a virus since I find a lot of the drivers are stopped. This shows during the boot cycle, the screen goes Black while on external power. If I remove the external power everything works fine until I try and reinstall the external power. If I do it before the disk drive has completed all the initial 'stuff', the screen again goes black.

I'm thinking a clean install is required.

Any thoughts?
