564360, S.M.A.R.T indicates failure

Toshiba SD75Dt Laptop, Windows 10Pro 64 bit, 1TB HDD, 12GB RAM

Ran Speccy and S.M.A.R.T. attributes indicate everything green except for
Reallocated Sectors Count which fails. The readings are as
follows:

Reallocated Sectors Count

Real Value Current Worst Threshold Raw value Status
2047 1 1 50 00000007FF bad

Anyone know how to interpret this data and am I having a serious problem? Do I need to change the HDD?
