Do you use the built-in Magnify feature accessed by pressing the Win Key plus the "+" key on your keyboard (or from your mouse, if the feature is available)?

Press the Win Key plus the ESC key to close the Magnify feature.

One or more of the Views plus the Magnification settings should be able to make it a bit easier to read the Details list.

Your mouse should be able to move the Lens around the screen if you use that setting.
