Every version of Windows since XP has deleted abilities to customize Windows. I used to be able to change menu colors, font and text size, icon spacing, icon font and test size and many other options. The latest update is even worse. I am legally blind and need to change the text size and make it bold in the detail view in Windows Explorer and cannot find a way to do this. Anyone know?
