You are obviously infected. There are usually three ways of cleaning up. The most unreliable is to run scanning software. Of those programs I would try MalwareBytes. If you do not already have it, there is a free version. The most painful, but it will work, is install your system from scratch and start all over again. The easiest one which will not work for most folks, is install the last backup that was made BEFORE you became infected. This will not work for most because most folks do not make regular backups of their entire system.
