My replacement motherboard (ASUS A7N8X e deluxe) came in today. Shipping time was great.

I made things harder by getting a little ahead of myself when removing my old motherbaord (ASUS A7N8X) and forgot to take note of the usb5-6 wiring placement. I should have taped around them to try to keep them positioned as they were.

The board is in an antec case and the case wiring going to the usb56 pins doesn't match the ID's on the pins in the manual. I don't want to wreck my board and I'm hoping someone might recognize if I got it right.

Ttech is right the only thing different about D1&2 is they are separate usb ports on your case.So as long as you have your grounds right and the hot wires right and keep 1's&2's paired up you are golden.

Vera, check the Antec site and make certain there are no warnings about improperly wired cases. I recall there were some issues with some cases about the time I got my A7N8X Deluxe.

I seem to recall my Antec tall tower case was one of those with miswired USB cables. If yours worked with the original board then you should be okay.
