Do you get a file flagged as IBISToolbar - C:\Windows\unvise32qt.exe?
From what I can find on IBIS it uses Wintools and theres no reg entries that are associated with it. The file itself is "Installer VISE uninstall application file" from MindVision Software. I'm assuming flase positive for now - nothing else picks it up.
