Shelly, I've been gone a good while, and on my return to PC911, your post about Sonny was the first post I saw. I would like to extend my personal condolences to Sonny's family (if they should happen to visit this site) and to all of his PC911 Family whom I am positive miss him greatly.

I personally had the privilege of working with him on some issues with my PC some time back, and I found him to be a "...gentleman and a scholar...". I told him that in a post and we joked about it.

And that was when I learned that he was a REAL Southern Gentleman.

He also, as others have noted, was so willing to help those of us who are minimally knowledgeable about computers, and never made fun of us.

He became my friend.
