I was thinking of taking Beth out to a nice dinner for our 6 month anniversary, but that will fall on December 24th. Since that's Christmas eve, everyone will most likely be shut down. We'll probably go to our favorite Chinese buffet. The buffet isn't all that great (not bad, but not exceptional), but I love their mongolian BBQ. You fill a bowl with the ingredients (beef, chicken, pork, squid, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, etc.) and sauce you want, hand it to the chef, and he cooks it up right in front of you. The bowls are a bit small, but it's all you can eat. :9 (They have a great red pepper hot sauce. I once put 3 spoons of this stuff in my bowl and had to drink an entire pitcher of water per bite. ;-) I've tended to steer clear of it after that.)
